Let's call it a Profile rather than a Resume...
For about the last 18 years I've been a consultant to U.S. government agencies in Process Improvement, Project Management, Education Systems, Call Center Technologies, Quality Assurance, and Learning Strategies. I'm a certified Project Manager (PMP) and Scrum Master and I use these skills to help federal agencies set up PMOs, manage projects (mostly IT or learning based) and also teach a variety of PM-related masters/bachelors-level college courses. I have a background in computer operating systems, networking, and programming practices with a specialty in performance management, data center management, business analysis, and IT best practices (ITIL V2). Currently my professional focus is on healthcare systems and tax law analysis, but I have a deep passion for adult education.
